WARRANTY POLICY

WARRANTY 25 YEARS where the product has been stored, used and installed as per instructions provided by Wet Area Components Pty Ltd t/as AKWN. Our products may be subject to non-excludable consumer guarantees implied by the Australian Consumer Law. Except in the case of such consumer guarantees, any express or implied warranties are excluded. To the extent that a consumer guarantee applies to goods or services supplied by us, our liability is limited: (a) in the case of goods, to (i) replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, (ii) repair, (iii) the cost of replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods or (iv) payment of the cost of repair, and (b) in the case of services, to (i) the resupply of the services or (ii) the payment of the cost of having the services resupplied.
